At Obsolete LTD, we want you to feel confident when purchasing items from our shop. we offer a fair and straightforward returns policy.
14-Day Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the item being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
Unfitted and unmodified
In its original packaging
In the same condition as received
If an item has been fitted, tested, marked, or damaged, we cannot accept it back.
Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as the customer is responsible for ensuring the item reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
We thoroughly inspect all our parts, but if we ever make a mistake or you receive a faulty item:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
We will arrange a replacement or refund
Return postage for incorrect/faulty items will be covered by us
We may request photos to help speed up the process.
Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong part by mistake, we’re happy to help you find the correct one. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns and depend on availability.

The reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
We will respond with instructions and the return address.
