Obsolete LTD specialises in sourcing, supplying, and manufacturing discontinued, rare, and obsolete parts for classic VW and Audi vehicles. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website or directly via email/message/Instagram.

2. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have the authority to place the order

• All information provided (address, contact details, etc.) is accurate

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

• The item is out of stock

• Pricing errors occur

• Fraud or misuse is suspected

If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and fully refunded.

3. Product Information

We supply a mixture of:

• New old stock (NOS) parts

• Remanufactured parts

• Brand-new parts designed and produced by us

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However:

• Some rare or obsolete parts may vary slightly from original designs

• Colours, materials, or finishes may differ due to remanufacturing processes

• Fitment may vary between vehicle years or trim levels

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.

5. Delivery

We offer FREE delivery across Great Britain.

Delivery methods:

• Items over £10: Royal Mail Tracked 48

• Items under £10: Royal Mail 2nd Class

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to Royal Mail delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

If a parcel is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, we will assist fully in line with Royal Mail’s policies.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unfitted, and undamaged

• Returned in original packaging

• Buyer covers return postage costs

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Custom-made or special-order parts

• items that have been fitted, plugged in, or tested

• Items returned in used or damaged condition

Incorrect or faulty items must be reported within 7 days, and we will cover return postage.

7. Warranty

Due to the nature of obsolete and remanufactured parts:

• No original manufacturer warranty applies

• We do not guarantee lifetime compatibility or performance

• We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or improper use

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Liability

Obsolete LTD is not liable for:

• Incorrect installation or fitting of parts

• Damage caused by misuse or modification

• Labour charges, garage fees, or consequential losses

• Delays caused by postal services or third parties

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, product designs, remanufactured parts, branding, and logos - is the property of Obsolete LTD and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide is used only to process your order and deliver your items.
